The Deutsch HD series is a heavy-duty sealed connector family designed for high-pin-count, high-current applications in construction, mining, agriculture, and commercial vehicle harnesses. HD connectors accept 16–8 AWG wire using a combination of size 16 and size 12 contacts, giving harness designers the flexibility to mix power and signal circuits in a single environmentally sealed housing. Available in configurations from 6 to 24 pins, the HD series uses an enhanced rear-seal grommet system and robust mounting flanges for panel and bulkhead installations.
