The Deutsch HDP20 is a high-voltage, high-current sealed connector designed for the most demanding power distribution circuits in heavy equipment, hybrid drivetrains, and industrial machinery. Capable of handling 8–4 AWG wire at up to 100 amps continuous and rated for 500 VDC, the HDP20 fills the gap between standard automotive connectors and full industrial power connectors. The environmentally sealed IP68 housing uses the same proven Deutsch thermoplastic construction and positive-lock retention found across the Deutsch range, but scaled up for heavy power circuits. HDP20 connectors are increasingly specified in electric vehicle battery management systems, DC fast-charging infrastructure, and high-power hydraulic solenoid circuits.
