The Molex Pico-Clasp is an ultra-small 1.0mm pitch wire-to-board connector designed for space-constrained electronics where every millimeter counts. With a mated height of just 2.0mm and contacts rated at 1 amp, the Pico-Clasp is used in smartphones, wearables, IoT sensors, LED lighting modules, and other miniaturized devices. The connector features a secure-lock mechanism that prevents accidental disconnection from vibration while still allowing easy manual release. Available in configurations from 2 to 15 circuits, the Pico-Clasp accepts 30–26 AWG ultra-fine wire and uses pre-crimped lead assemblies for consistent quality in volume production. Despite its tiny size, the Pico-Clasp delivers reliable signal and low-power connections in consumer and industrial electronics.
